About ADA Consulting
The planning and advisory division of Andreas Digital Agency. Opened in October 2026. Based in Rundu.
ADA Consulting helps small businesses and organisations decide and plan before they spend. It is a division of Andreas Digital Agency, a Namibian company based in Rundu, alongside ADA Web and ADA Tech.
The costly mistakes happen before the spending
Andreas Digital Agency builds websites and installs and repairs technology. The most expensive problems in that work begin earlier, with a decision made without the facts: a website for a business that has not worked out who its customer is, a system bought for the wrong problem, a loan taken for stock nobody asked for.
ADA Consulting exists for that earlier step. Its motto inside ADA is short: strategy before implementation.
New, and plain about it
ADA Consulting opened in October 2026. It is a new division. There are no client case studies on this site yet, and we will not invent any. When clients agree, their stories will be published here.
Until then, judge us on what you can check today:

Led by ADA's founder
ADA Consulting is led by Kudumo Kupembona Andreas, the founder and chief executive of Andreas Digital Agency. He runs the sessions himself. He took part in the Empretec entrepreneurship workshop in Namibia, and the planning method used here draws on it.

One company, several divisions
A plan sometimes points to work another ADA division does. You are never obliged to use them.

You do not need a business plan to talk to us. Say what the business is, what you want from it and what is in the way. A Business Check-up costs N$199 and comes off any other service you book within 30 days.
