Business Plan
A business plan you can explain page by page, because the facts in it came from you.
A written business plan for a bank, a funder, a landlord, a tender or your own use. We build it with you from your real numbers: quotations, rent, supplier prices and sales. If the numbers show the business does not work as planned, the plan says so and we talk about what would have to change.
What you get
- The business, the owner, and what is being asked for
- The market: customers, competitors and prices, from evidence you have or from a Customer and Competitor Study
- Operations: premises, equipment, suppliers and staff
- Start-up or expansion costs, from real quotations
- A 12-month forecast of sales, costs and monthly cash flow
- Break-even: how much you must sell each month to cover your costs
- The main risks and how you would deal with them
- One round of revisions
What to bring
- The lender's or funder's requirements or template, if there is one
- Quotations for equipment and stock, and the rent you expect to pay
- Any sales records you have, even a notebook
- Your ID and registration documents, if the reader asks for them
If you do not have something on this list, tell us. We work with what there is.
How it runs

Costs, forecast, cash flow and break-even, built in a spreadsheet you keep.

I need a business plan
Start with who will read it. That decides what kind of plan you need.
Open the questionStartingWill my business idea work?
How to find out cheaply, before you buy stock or sign a lease.
Open the questionMoneyI am busy but not making money
Sales are coming in, and there is still nothing left at the end of the month.

Questions about this service
Will a bank accept it?
Each lender has its own requirements, so ask for them first and we write to them. Whether to lend is the lender's decision. Nobody honest can promise that for you.
Can you write it without me?
No. The reader will ask you about the figures, and you will have to answer. A plan you did not help build is a risk at exactly the moment you need it.
What does “from” mean in the price?
N$2,499 covers a start-up or a business with one main activity and a 12-month forecast. Plans with a three-year forecast, several lines of business or a funder's own template are quoted from N$4,499. You get a written quote before any work starts.
Do I need a business plan at all?
If nobody else is going to read it, probably not. A One-Year Plan costs less and is more use day to day. See I need a business plan.
