These terms apply to advisory work done by ADA Consulting. Your written quote or agreement gives the details for your work and applies first if it differs from this page. Payments, refunds and cancellations follow Andreas Digital Agency's payment, refund and cancellation policy, and personal information is handled under ADA's Privacy Policy.
1. Scope in writing
Before paid work starts you receive the scope, the price and the expected time in writing. If the work turns out to be larger than agreed, we stop and ask before continuing.
2. Fees and payment
- Quotes are free, written and valid for 14 days.
- For work over N$1,000, 50% is paid before work starts and the balance on delivery.
- Smaller services are paid at the session.
- The Monthly Review is paid in advance by the 5th of each month, for a minimum of 3 months.
- A Business Check-up fee is deducted from any other ADA Consulting service booked within 30 days. It is not refunded once the session has been held.
- Andreas Digital Agency is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
3. Confidentiality
What you tell us about your business, including figures, plans, customers and suppliers, is confidential. We do not share it outside Andreas Digital Agency without your written agreement, unless the law requires it. We do not publish a client's name, story or results without written permission.
4. What we rely on
Our work is built on the information you give us. You are responsible for its accuracy. If a figure is an estimate, say so, and the document will say so too.
5. What we do not provide
- Accounting, auditing, tax or legal services, or any advice that by law must come from a registered professional.
- Investment advice, or a recommendation to borrow or lend.
- Any guarantee of a loan, grant, tender, level of sales or profit. Those depend on other people's decisions and on how the business is run.
6. Your decisions
We give advice and prepare documents. You decide what to do with them, and the results of running the business are yours.
7. Who owns what
Once paid in full, the documents and spreadsheets prepared for you are yours to use and share. Our templates, worksheets and methods remain ADA's and may be used again for other clients, without any of your information.
8. People we speak to for you
When we interview customers or visit competitors on your behalf, we say who we are, ask permission, and report what was said without names or contact details.
9. Other ADA divisions
A plan may point to work that another ADA division does. You are never obliged to use it. Our fee does not depend on your choice.
10. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time. What you owe for work already done, and what is refunded, follows the payment, refund and cancellation policy.
