Four worksheets are now on the site. They are the same sheets used in ADA Consulting sessions, and you do not need to be a client to use them.
- One-page plan: three goals for the year, the actions for each, the risks and who can help.
- Customer interview sheet: six questions about what a customer did last time.
- Costing sheet: the cost of one unit, your monthly costs, break-even and price.
- Cash book page: money in and money out, one page a week.
Each one prints on a single A4 page. On a phone, the print screen can also save it as a PDF. If you have no printer, copy the headings into a notebook. The questions matter more than the paper.
